The set contains three jars of pure aromatic honey from wild flowers, growing in three areas around Israel:

Jerusalem honey – collected from wild flowers and herbs around Jerusalem. Rich in taste and spreads magnificent scents.

Galilee honey – honey from the Land of Galilee, featuring a unique sweet taste and a delightful aroma, thanks to a high concentrate of flower pollen.

Negev desert honey – wildly known eucalyptus honey from the warm Negev desert. Characterized with a unique aroma of wild trees and herbs, a light minty flavor and a dark color.

The honey is used as a delicious healthy addition to upgrade pastries, ice creams, yogurts, cheese and casseroles, and it is an important nutritious ingredient of breakfast, as a delicious spread over a toast, a bread or matzah.
